United States Swim School Association Membership Benefits
The United States Swim School Association began in 1988 to fill a need in the swim school industry. Over the past 30 years, the association has grown to become the largest swim school association in the country, and is recognized by affiliated schools, instructors, and parents alike as the preeminent swim school organization in the world.
Currently the United States Swim School Association has over 500 member schools in 43 states and 17 countries worldwide. Member schools provide swimming and water safety instruction to over 500,000 students each year. Swim schools receive invaluable benefits as association members, receiving the latest training in water safety, swim instruction methods and tools, invitations to annual conferences, and many other benefits that help establish and. build each individual business.
Qualifications to become a member: “swim school” is defined as a for-profit enterprise organized for the primary or secondary purpose of teaching swimming that derives at least 80% of its income from child-driven programs. A publicly traded corporation cannot be a member.
Membership in the United States Swim School Association is $375 per year for U.S. based schools and $235 per year for international schools. You can also enroll additional school locations for $55 each. All school memberships allow for an unlimited number of individual user accounts for swim teachers and administrative professionals from your school.
